About This Project

This early 1900’s timber framed and clad building was just not big enough for this growing family. With plenty of space out the back, our clients worked with our Building Designer to design a modern and contemporary addition to the rear. With a new modern kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, the highlight of this project has to be the polished concrete floors throughout the living and dining areas. Using the same construction methods as the existing building,  this addition extends to the rear of the block but still maintains its privacy by maintaining the mature trees in the back garden.
